Shipping policy

 

To prevent fraudulent orders, or to avoid cancellation of your order it is important that the shipping and billing information match. 

We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.

Standard order processing is 1-3 business days with an additional 2-3 business days for shipping (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays).

If you have a specific deadline to meet, please see pick up option.

We are not responsible for late shipments due to inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays.

If your order includes multiple items and one (or more) of the items are out of stock: we will go ahead and ship the rest of your order, issuing a refund to your original form of payment for the item(s) not in stock. 

Your order will ship once payment and processing time clear. Your final shipping cost is displayed at the point of checkout. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
